Then we see Madeline meet with Fiona. This was filmed on the exterior of the studio. On the north/box office side of the Coconut Grove Convention Center.

Then we return to the residence. Filming location unknown.

While there they get a call from Schmidt. He went to the warehouse where now he is in trouble. Filming location unknown.

Then it is back to the restaurant. Filmed on location at Tk’s, 2901 Florida Avenue.

Then back to the house. Location unknown.

Then back to the restaurant where the plan continues to develop itself.

They pull the body out to the ambulance. This is the same alley between Virginia and Rice Street by the Mayfair that we saw earlier.

Then we see them driving in the ambulance. Filmed on location headed eastbound on Oak Avenue crossing Virginia Street in Coconut Grove.

Then eastbound on NW 9th Street away from NW 1st Avenue.

Then we cut to Madeline’s. Filmed on set inside the studio.

Then back to the ambulance. This was filmed on location on Oak Avenue picking up where it cut earlier on Oak Ave. Headed eastbound across Virginia Street. Mayfair Villas is seen in the background. We saw this same route traveled in episode 44, Devil You Know, where Michael chased Simon through here.

Then same stretch looking east on Oak Avenue.

Back to Madeline’s, filmed on studio set.

Then we see them northbound on NW 1st Avenue passing NW 6th Street.

Then we see them driving on NW 9th Street eastbound and turn right onto North Miami Avenue headed southbound.

As they round the corner the view switches to looking head on at the ambulance instead of forward from the rear. At that point the location has changed but I have not yet sussed out the filming location.

The shots inside the ambulance could have been filmed anywhere.
