Filming for this episode took place from 08/09/2012 through 08/17/2012

After a recap of previous events, the episode starts out with Madeline in a small park/playground meeting with Michael. This was filmed on location (on Friday 08/10/2012) in Blanche Park. This park is not far from the studio, located at the intersection of Allamanda Street and Shipping Avenue in Coconut Grove. Madeline is seated just inside the park at the SW corner of the park by the intersection of Allamanda Street and Shipping Avenue.

Then Madeline returns home. Filmed on set inside the Coconut Grove Convention Center Studio.

Then Act 1 opens with Madeline in a holding room. Likely filmed on a studio set.

Next we go to Calvin Schmidt’s place. Filming location unknown.

Then we see our gang go into action. They are checking things out at Schmidt’s warehouse. I believe that this was filmed at the Coconut Grove Convention Center Studio but I have not confirmed this yet.

While there we see a shot of two uniformed officers on a rooftop. This is footage from episode 85, Split Decision. Filmed on location at 8460 NW 7th Avenue.

The crew goes inside. The interior of the warehouse was filmed on set inside the Coconut Grove Convention Center Studio. The officers standing around and hearing the breaking bottle that was filmed through a window was also filmed at the studio. The same view we saw in episode 22, Do No Harm, where it was the area of the medical center.

When they break out of the warehouse they crash through a pre-made hole in the garage door located at the SE corner of the studio. We saw this same location used in the season 3 opener, episode 29, Friends and Family. This is where they stole the dump truck in that episode as well as where we see Harlan and Michael running from the club.

Notice that they put up protective boards on the gate to avoid damaging it when the bump into it and push it open.

They escape from the warehouse thru the studio’s parking lot. Then we see the return to Schmidt’s place. Filming location unknown.

Next we see a brief establishing shot of the exterior of a medical center. This is re-used footage from the season two episode, #22, Do No Harm. Filmed at the Studio along the north end of the east side.

Then we see Barry arrive on the scene. This was filmed on location at Mayfair in The Grove. We previously saw this exact location used in episode 55, Blind Spot. In that episode it was Miami Federal Bank. Now it is a medical facility.

Then we return to Schmidt’s house. Filming location unknown.

Then we go to the meet. Filmed on location behind the Miami City Hall at Dinner Key. Right by the studio.

Then we cut to Barry’s place. Thanks to Karendipitee on the USA Network Burn Notice Forum, we know that this was filmed on location at 3175-77 Mary Street in Coconut Grove.

Then we see Madeline driving southbound on Park Avenue on Miami Beach, crossing 21st Street. In real life, a long way from where she just left Barry. We saw Bucum drive through this same spot in the movie, All About The Benjamins.

Intercut we see Barry back at his place under arrest as he did not get away in time.

Then we go to PharmaTech. The first building we see the exterior of was shot on location but the location is unknown. We see our gang pull up ahead of the bad guys to this same unknown building.

Then it cuts to a different entrance and in reality a different building. The filming has shifted to the Bass Museum of Art. Coincidentally located by where we just saw Madeline driving. The address is 2100 Collins Avenue but this entrance is off of 21st Street by Park Avenue.

Then we return to the first building. Location unknown.

Then we see Sam on location with Schmidt. Filming location unknown.

We see our team in one building trying to turn off the alarm system (that was not on the door they came in) while Sam works his magic at the Bass Museum. Why they used two different buildings for the filming, I do not know.
