Filming for this episode took place from 09/24/2012 through 10/02/2012.

After the traditional review of recent events we see Sam being rushed down South Miami Avenue and immediately turn westbound onto SW 19 Road.

Then back to southbound on South Miami Avenue past SW 21 Road.

Still southbound on South Miami Avenue passing SW 19 Road.

Then past 1871 South Miami Avenue still southbound.

Then headed toward Virginia Key on the Rickenbacker Causeway.

Then they pull into Dr. Jed’s house.This was a fun and really not that hard a location to find. It is one of those where the things that are not seen are almost as important as those that are. Filmed on location at 6501 SW 116th Street, Pinecrest. Fi shoots inside the house to clear out a party yet no one calls the police. Bit of a realism gap there.

Act 1 opens inside the same house with Sam having been saved.

Madeline and Jesse arrive and we get another clue as to the address which really narrowed it down.

It gets dark and the hit-men arrive. Filmed on location still at 6501 SW 116th Street.

Then we see an aerial view of the International Inn where Michael is drawing attention to himself by standing on the balcony and looking around with binoculars. Filmed on location at the International Inn, 2301 Normandy Drive, Miami Beach.

Then we go inside, filmed there on location.

Then we see Michael meet with Bly. Filming location unknown but I suspect that it may have been filmed at the Miami Heart Institute, 4701 North Meridian Road.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of Sam arriving at the SW Dade Hospital. In reality this was filmed at what is now the Ritz Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Formerly the Miami Heart Institute. 4701 North Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach. We have seen this location used previously in Eyes Open and Unchained.

Then they go inside to put their plan into action and get Sam treated. Both interior and exterior filming was done at 4701 North Meridian Avenue.

Michael flees out the rear, north side along the Surprise waterway.

Michael escapes, Fi plants the bug/tracking device and then we see an establishing shot of Bill Baggs Cape Florida Park at the south tip of Key Biscayne.

Then we hit the ground but only half the action is on Key Biscayne. Bly and Michael’s camera view is at Cape Florida (Bill Baggs State Park) watching Riley at the far end of the parking areas. Jesse and Fi are at the Seminole boat ramp off the south side of the studio in Coconut Grove with a lot of set dressing. When we actually see Michael and Bly in the car (not their view looking toward Riley) they were also filmed at the Seminole boat ramp.

They take to the bay. It becomes a bit annoying when the Coast Guard is threatening force if they don’t stop but most of the filming has clearly shown all boats at either full stop or barely making headway. The only time they are on the move is when they are about to fire warning shots. Filmed on Biscayne Bay south of Key Biscayne.
